What’s made you overweight is also the reason for a whole raft of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, heart attacks, stroke, Alzheimer’s, several cancers, diabetes, gout, high blood pressure, arthritis, chronic inflammation, blindness, depression, impotence, lack of libido, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease, anxiety, acne, migraines and obesity. Do you suffer from any of these?
The natural remedy to all of these illnesses, and to you losing weight and feeling great, is actually very simple. However, like many simple things, it can be complicated at the same time! It all depends on how far down the “toilet of ill-health” you are.
The real answer doesn’t lie in a host of pills, which just hide the symptoms without addressing the cause. It doesn’t lie on a therapist’s chaise lounge. The real answer is so much simpler! All you need to do is change some of the foods you eat, and you will find, over the next few weeks & months, almost all of these chronic illnesses will start to bugger off, and you’ll begin to own your life again.
By the way, I’m not asking you to go on another fad diet. I’m asking you to change your lifestyle permanently in ways that could literally save your life.
The difference will be amazing. You will have more energy than you know what to do with. Your sex drive will skyrocket. Your mental clarity will ping, and your body-fat will bugger off too.
The human body has taken hundreds of thousands of years to evolve. This means that we have evolved to eat foods that our bodies are designed to eat. Some of these are seasonal, and that’s where the poo really hits the fan.
Fast forward to the 20th& 21st centuries, and the foods we eat have changed so dramatically that the original foods are almost unrecognizable in so many instances. Just like Prescilla the vegan Pomeranian pooch that gets carried in a woman’s handbag is difficult to recognise compared to its ancestor the wolf. The foods you eat have changed, but our bodies haven’t learnt to cope. Deep down, Prescilla the vegan Pomeranian pooch hasn’t changed either. She will still tear a squirrel into shreds & eat it if she can ever escape from this damned handbag! We all still contain our evolutionary roots.
And that’s why you are overweight, undernourished, mentally unwell, physically unwell, and now considering reading my book. It’s simple. Eat the foods we are designed to eat, and all of those illnesses will miraculously disappear!
How do we get back to the foods that we are designed to eat? That’s simple… yet bloody difficult at the same time. That’s why I’ve written this book. Because sometimes simple needs explaining. Society is so far down the toilet in terms of health that it’s hard to see out the rim. To reclaim your health, unfortunately you’ll need to rethink just about everything you’ve been taught by “health authorities” for the past 50 years. I’m not talking about small changes to your thinking!
Who am I? At the time of writing, I’m 60 years old. I have an Applied Science degree but I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor. I have been following my own ketogenic protocol for the past 12 years, while studying the scientific logic behind my claims. I am a walking, talking representation of the person you could be too.

Other fad diets will just make you tired and weak, if you haven't noticed. There's no sustenance in lettuce leaves.

What are your important things?
We only have one life and one body.
If your body stops, you stop.
Therefore it's imperative we look after our body! Being overweight seriously impacts on your health. It reduces the things you can do, and it could very likely shorten your life! I want to live for as long as I can, but most importantly, in a way that I can still enjoy life; being mobile & having my wits about me!
And I definitely don't want to become a burden on the people who love me.
Do you want to be more attractive to the person you love, or perhaps more attractive to hopeful dates?
Having a healthy physique is sexy. It attracts people to you. It gives you an aura.
Become more confident. Despite popular opinion (held by overweight men), having a "dad bod" isn't sexy. Get rid of your bloated belly. Become sexy again. It's not too late, and it's certainly not out of your grasp.
Spoiler Alert: It does require motivation, dedication and a bit of hard work. But once you get started on the road to a better physique, you will find that it becomes addictive!
Feel pride in yourself. Enjoy the opposite sex glancing a second time at you as you walk past!
I'm 60 years old at the time of writing this (January 2024). That's me in the photo in September 2023; aged 59 and three quarters. People generally think I'm in my late 40's.
Why? Because I'm lean and reasonably muscular, and my skin is healthy. I'm not wrinkly (yet), I'm not pastie and I am more active than many people half my age.
How can you live a longer, healthier, more enjoyable life? Start looking after yourself.
That might sound easier said than done, but it's actually quite simple. Eat the right foods, and push weights a few times each week. Your body-fat will fall off and your muscles will grow! Your skin will become alive again... if you follow the ketogenic diet approach which puts more healthy fats into your diet. Becoming ketogenic is simple when you know how. My book explains this in detail.
Have certain important facets stopped performing the way they should? Having issues "down there" is likely to make you feel inadequate and can easily impact on your relationships with others, especially your partner.
Not being able to get it up, or keep it up, is common in men of a certain age, but it can be avoided or reversed. It takes a few changes to your lifestyle & your body composition. Excessive body fat has been shown to have a direct influence. High blood pressure from being overweight can cause a loss in rigidity because the blood in your hard-on gets redirected to other parts of your body. Low testosterone is a result of excess body fat. So we need to reduce your blood pressure & your body fat, and increase your testosterone levels. These can all be easily achieved by changing your diet (removing carbohydrates & adding healthy dietary fats) and hitting the gym to push weights a few times each week. Pushing heavy weights promotes testosterone production. The results will speak for themselves!
This isn't about counting calories or eating a lettuce leaf for your main meal. Eat lots of protein, healthy fats, and minimize carbohydrates. There's good reasoning behind this. Listen to my podcasts for more information, especially podcast 1 & 2 (separate tab on this website).
